To protect the integrity of the auction for everyone, you will need to submit a valid credit card. For this auction, your card on file will be charged immediately after the auction closes. Please note: By registering and bidding, you are agreeing that you fully intend to pay for and pick up any items/lots you win, on one of the provided pick-up days and times. Serious bidders only please. - You will be charged a 15% Buyers Fee on your winning bids. - Michigan 6% sales tax applies to all in-state invoices unless a valid Resale Tax Exemption form is placed on file with our office. Descriptions are provided by the seller. We may edit descriptions for obivous inaccuracies, but ultimately it is the bidder's responsibility to judge accuracy or genuineness of any item descriptions and bid accordingly. Lots will begin closing at the stated closing time and will close at a rate of one every 12 seconds. This auction features an auto bid extend. Auction end times: Michigan Trading Co. LLC online auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified times. Michigan Trading Co. LLC online auctions also have an auto extend feature. When a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of bidding the auction bidding will automatically be extended 2 minutes from the time the bid was placed. Nothing is to be removed until settled for. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at time of purchase, and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property. Owner and Auctioneers agree that merchandise may remain on the auction premises for a period of time following the auction. The date by which all merchandise must be removed from the premises will be announced by Auctioneer. 5. RESALE: Auctioneers reserve the right to resell any property not paid for in full on auction day. The Buyer shall be responsible to Auctioneers for any expenses of resale and collection and damages resulting from the resale. 6. INJURY & DAMAGE: Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by Bidder or his Agent, and further agrees to hold Auctioneers, Owners, its Officers, or Employees harmless for any personal injury to himself or his Agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises. Bidder agrees to consume any food products purchased at their own risk and to hold auction company harmless whether food products are past date or inside the marked date. 7. We'll be offering limited in-person preview and pick up beginning Friday, June 12th. We're excited to see you in person! But please follow CDC social distancing guidelines and limit your time in the building. Curbside service will continue as an option if you don't want to come inside. Your card on file will be charged immediately after the sale ends and items can be picked up Fridays 11-5 or Saturdays 11-3. No cash or in-person payments accepted at this time. We'll be closed to the public Monday-Thursday: Friday and Saturday pick up only please. Please make sure to have your items picked up by the 9th day after auction closes. This gives you the first Friday/Saturday and second Friday/Saturday after each auction ends to pick up your items.. We can no longer hold items for more than 9 days. Items not removed after 9 calendar days of the auction's close will be considered abandoned. Thanks for your cooperation. SHIPPING INFO: - Shipping is available for an additional charge. If it fits in a box, it ships! - Please reply to your invoice email after the auction and let us know you'll need shipping for that invoice. - Your invoice balance will be charged to your card on file after the auction closes and a second charge for shipping will be charged when we ship out the following week. - After your items ship out you'll receive an emailed receipt with package tracking info. -SHIPPING COSTS: $2 handling fee per lot, $1 mandatory insurance fee (per box) and actual postage cost (we get discounted rates thru USPS). - We will combine items into a single box if possible and use the least expensive shipping method. - Postage cost is determined by package weight, size and distance from us to you. Please take this into account when bidding. - Larger items may not be eligible for shipping. - Invoices with multiple glassware items may be subject to an additional $5 handling fee for extra packaging materials. - Shipping available to the continental U.S. States only.
