We never know what will come in for auction each week! Michigan 6% sales tax applies to all in-state invoices unless a valid Resale Tax Exemption form is placed on file with our office. Lots begin Live Catalog closing at the stated closing time. This is a staggered close, as lots close every 12 seconds. All auctions have a soft close: If a bid is placed during the last two minutes, the time will be extended. NEW PAYMENT POLICY (as of 3/23): Your card on file will be charged immediately after the sale ends and your paid items will remain in place, roped off and be stored free of charge until pick up can be made at a later date or you can echoose to have them shipped after the sale ends.
