Our Online Estate & Consignment Auctions feature a great mix of items from local estates and consignors including furniture, antiques, tools, household goods, toys, art, vintage finds, collectibles and a bit of the unique and unusual! We never know what will come in for auction each week! Please review the info below and view the Auction Details section for more info before bidding. Everything is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. It is the bidder's responsibility to inspect item condition. Here's how payment and pick ups work for our White Lake auctions: --- You'll have the first Friday and Saturday after each auction to come in and pay with cash or card in person. After the first Saturday, your card on file will charged. You'll then have 5 more possible pick up days with your paid invoice- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday of the next week. Items left beyond this 9 CALENDAR DAY timeframe will be considered abandoned (this gives you 7 possible pick up days for any given auction). We're not a storage facility, so we don't have the space to store your items beyond this 9 CALENDAR DAY timeframe. Please pick up your items in a timely manner. Thanks for your cooperation! PLEASE NOTE: Please bring your own boxes and any packing material to transport your items. If you purchase large items, please note the dimensions of the item(s) and bring help to load. Lots begin Live Catalog closing at the stated closing time. This is a staggered close, as lots close every 12 seconds. All auctions have a soft close: If a bid is placed during the last two minutes, the time will be extended. PAYMENT POLICY: If you cannot make it for the Friday/Saturday pick-up days, your credit card will be charged for your total invoice amount after Saturday pick-up time ends. As long as payment is received by Monday following the auction, late pick-up can then be made Tuesdays 10-4, Wednesdays 10-4, Thursdays 10-4 or during the following Friday or Saturday pick-ups days. Paid items not picked up within 9 CALENDAR DAYS of the close of the auction will be considered abandoned and become property of Michigan Trading Co. LLC and no refund will be given. If your card on file is declined for any reason, you'll have until end of business day Monday to complete payment over phone or in person. If payment is not received and you do not contact us by end of business day on Monday, your items may be forfeited and bidding privileges will be suspended.
